About Us
Renting Our Hall
Whole Building: Main Hall (includes stage & dance hall), Dining Hall & Kitchen
- $300 / day
- $160 / half day (max. 4 hours)
Main Hall Maximum Occupant Load here. (Combine this with the dining hall capacity below for the total capacity of the Whole Building)
Dining Hall Only: Includes the Kitchen and Dining Hall side only
- $150 / day
- $80 / half day (max. 4 hours)

Event Weekend Rate (Weddings, Family Reunions, etc)
- $620 for the whole building, Friday 6pm to Sunday at 1pm + Cleaning fee of $75
* Members-in-good-standing get a 50% discount on these rental rates for private events (not commercial in nature). No charge for community member funerals.
* Ongoing renters who are members-in-good-standing are also eligible for an additional 20% discount if they pre-book three months (or more) at a time.
* Damage deposit is required for all multi-day rentals
* Renters are responsible for leaving the hall as clean as they found it and removing their own garbage / recyclables. A cleaning checklist and cleaning supplies are provided.
We are an engaged and committed group of homeschooling parents who live near Yeoford, Alberta (or surrounding communities). Through our affiliation with the Yeoford Community Centre Society, we run the Yeoford Homeschoolers Project, and base our activities out of the Yeoford Community Hall on Fridays, usually between 10am to noon.
